The rules of the offer are mandatory for all users of the site.
The main object of charitable activity on the website of CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY” is a charitable Project/Program. Site users (hereinafter — Benefactors) at their own discretion determine the size of each of their donations and the Project/Program to which each specific donation should be directed .
Funds transferred by Benefactors are credited to the bank accounts of CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY”. Charitable donations are credited either using the LiqPay payment system (+ commission 1.5% of the donation amount), or using account details through the cash register of any which bank (+bank commission).
CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY” informs the benefactors of each specific Project/Program about the completion of fundraising and its implementation by publishing relevant information on the Project/Program web page. After the completion of the project, CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY” provides a report on the use charitable donations, including at the Benefactor’s request by e-mail (at the address specified by the Benefactor, if it was specified on the Project/Program page). Informing unregistered (anonymous) Benefactors is carried out only by publishing information on the website of the BF “FO FOR VICTORY”.
If 100% of the required amount is not collected for the Project/Program within the period set on the website of the CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY” for the collection of charitable donations, the Management of the CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY” may decide to stop collecting funds for this Project . In case such a decision is made, the CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY” informs the Benefactors of the Project/Program about this by publishing relevant information on the CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY” website.
Within 14 calendar days from the date of the above-mentioned publication, the Benefactor who provided his personal data to the CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY” may, at his own discretion, direct his charitable donation to any other Project/Program of the CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY”.
In the event that the Benefactor (including an anonymous one) did not inform the CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY” about his decision within 14 calendar days from the moment of publication of information about the termination of fundraising, charitable donations are redirected to another Project/Program by the decision of the Management of the CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY”.
In the event that charitable donations for the Project/Program have been collected, and the Project/Program has been given the “Completed” status, all subsequent donations from Benefactors that continue to arrive are directed to the statutory activities of the CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY” for further use in other projects/ Programs of CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY”.
Charitable donations received on the accounts of CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY” without specifying the intended purpose (for example, the order number and/or the name of the project, and/or the recipient of charitable assistance, etc. are not indicated), or the specified information does not allow identifying the intended purpose donations are credited to the statutory activity of the CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY”.
Each Benefactor, agreeing to the Rules of transfer of funds of the CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY” agrees to the collection, use and processing of his personal data of the CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY” in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” for the purpose of implementing Projects/Programs and of the statutory activity of CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY”.
Each Benefactor agrees that the funds contributed to the CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY” are non-refundable and will be used in further Projects/Programs of the CO “CF “UF FOR VICTORY.
